My Story

At the age of 8, I almost lost my mother. From potentially being on disability to making a full recovery, I saw the real meaning of determination from her. You have to know her story to understand mine and because of her, I not only DO; but I LEAD. So when people tell me I can't, I say "Watch Mee."

Vice-President, Outreach & Development-NSHSS

I have the opportunity to create, organize and promote community service and engagement events to address the pillar of citizenship, recruit alumni to partake in local outreach programs, as well as to promote and market our organization through various outreach opportunities across the country.

Volunteer, Knox County Public Schools

As a public health student, I taught elementary-aged children about healthy eating, proper exercise and why a healthy lifestyle was important. For my middle school kids, I reinforced the sciences with them, as they had new information that required mastering before entering high school.
