My Story
Hi! I'm Ray. I was born in Dar es salaam, Tanzania as a Leo. Traveling was my first love, I love the feeling of being anonymous in a new city. At the age of 12 I moved to Bagamoyo and have been having the best time to never stop exploring. I haven't been everywhere but US is on my list. I await!
Volunteering at Madonna Hospital
As I volunteered at Madonna hospital, I could spot out young dying individuals. This sometimes made me cry but I have cultured compassion by being in that atmosphere. It was a remarkable invaluable experience!
"Reaching out voices"
My two years journey serving my community is a major step towards my independent living. It is an exhilarating moment in my life. Most of all, I enjoy high level of interaction with the street children and their families. 'Their pillows are hard, but their hearts are soft'
A tour to Morogoro.
One of my greatest interests is traveling. I never get tired of it! Due to this strong passionate desire to possibly travel around the whole world, I decided to travel to Morogoro. During my vacation, I mostly enjoyed engaging in outdoor activities such as rock climbing, abseiling, hiking e.t.c
Photography
I love photography. I really believe there are things nobody would see if I didn't photograph them. The funny thing is when people ask me which of my photographs is my favorite? -I tell them the one I'm going to take tomorrow! (Philosophically speaking). Join me to see some of my shots.
A visit to Tanzania Railway Limited- TRL workshop.
TRL workshop located in Morogoro is the largest in the country. It has two phases in it. It runs the two main railway networks in Tanzania. TRL's gauge is 1000m and length about 2,600kms. My visit to this company brought my A level physics back to life. I hope to visit again in the near future.
Reading
