My Story
Truman State University is a public, liberal arts and sciences university in Missouri. The students at Truman are passionate and driven. The faculty are caring and supportive. There's no better school to act as a strong bridge to a successful future and a place to call home.
Music
Music will always be a huge part of my life. I began playing flute in 6th grade band, transformed into a serious musician in high school, and finally pursued music all out in college as a music major. Band friends are the best friends and I'm so glad I had so many opportunities at Truman!
Traveling
One of my favorite parts of being a traveling counselor is getting to see different parts of Missouri! I absolutely love trying out local restaurants, seeing the sights and meeting students from different areas in central and southwest Missouri.
Cooking
When I'm not on the road, I enjoy cooking and baking! I usually find tons of recipes on Pinterest or Facebook. My favorite recipes are snickerdoodle cookies and white chicken chili, even though they aren't pictured.
