My Story
Hey! I'm Caroline, and I'm a senior at an inner city public high school in Atlanta, Georgia. I spend more time in my school's theatre than I do at my own house! When I'm not acting, I'm running, creating art, or traveling the world. My favorite thing about myself is that I'm 2% Jewish! (:
Theatre
Theatre is a HUGE passion of mine. I love being able to take people into a story right in front of their eyes. I've sung, danced, acted, run lights, built set, directed, written scripts, and designed costumes. My favorite roles are the comedic, character roles that make the audience laugh.
Music
In third grade, I started playing the violin with the school orchestra. I began playing guitar in 5th grade. Singing and making music is something I hope to do for the rest of my life! I'm ALWAYS singing, writing, and composing new stuff. One day I'd love to release an album of original work.
Traveling Abroad
I am OBSESSED with traveling. I love going to different countries and experiencing the life of the locals. My family travels for the cultural immersion, which is different than how most Americans typically travel. We only bring backpacks and stay in non-tourist areas for a more authentic experience.
Art
I've been creating art my entire life, and I really love expressing myself visually! I'm currently taking an AP studio art course in which I'm surrounded by incredible artists who inspire me every day. I really enjoy exploring solutions through art.
Cross Country (Long Distance Running)
I love running! I ran with "GOTR" for grades 3-5 and loved it so much I joined cross country as soon as I could. I'm on the varsity XC team, and have won first place awards with the Atlanta Track Club Grand Prix series the past two years. As my coach says, "Running is 100% mental and 10% physical."
