My Story

I love Trinity because our location allowed for me to have any kind of experience I wanted. I could find a quiet, peaceful place on campus to set up a hammock, bike on the Cal Sag trail any afternoon, watch a movie with my roomies in our dorm, or hop on the train to The Loop!

Piano

I've been playing piano all my life and picked up the guitar in college. When I came to Trinity I also discovered a huge love for singing! You can ask me anything about being involved in different choirs, music courses, music ministries and ensembles at Trinity!

Soccer

Soccer was my sport all throughout life. I had the amazing opportunity to play soccer for Trinity's team my freshman year and I love meeting potential athletes. I made some of my very first friends at Trinity through the soccer team.

Watching Survivor

Yes, that survivor, from about 2002. Best reality television show out there!

Rooting for the Green Bay Packers

Some of my friends like to describe me as "half-Wisconsin." I was not born or raised there, but I've always been a Green Bay Packers fan! How can you blame me with a quarter back as talented as Aaron Rodgers?!

Traveling Abroad

My favorite season of life so far was traveling abroad. Trinity allowed me to spend four months in Nairobi, Kenya while taking a few classes there. I traveled to several other African countries and have enjoyed a new love for traveling ever since. In the future, I'd like to teach English abroad!

Hiking

Growing up in Colorado made me into a hiker. This is something I would do every weekend if I could! A goal of mine is to hike the Pacific Crest Trail someday. There are many great places to hike in Illinois as well. Be sure to check out Swallow Cliffs, the Cal Sag trail, and Starved Rock State Park.
