Austin Reed

I never go a day without family time, and I am a motivated, studious person that enjoys learning new things through my environment and those around me. I was born and raised in a large city surrounded by diversity and in my free time I like to run and practice yoga with my mother and sisters.

At the beginning of my high school career, I discovered a struggling co-ed Ultimate Frisbee Club. Immediately inspired by the motivation of the few still standing, I took this chance to grow the club over the next few years. Expanding from a 30 person organization to a group of 150, we thrived.

A small group of motivated individuals, my church youth pack up and go to Pittsburgh. Our purpose is to use God and our mental and physical strength to grow as people and to fix housing issues around the area. Through these trips, I learned selflessness, team work, and the strength that I truly have

Chick-fil-a has been a part of my life for 2 years now and has been a phenomenal source of growth and individualism. Through the many hard hours worked every week, I have made friends for life and have learned how to incorporate a sense of happiness in everything that I do.

Traveling as close as Atlanta, Georgia and as far as Nassau, Bahamas, SWE covers all grounds with our strong competition and women power! Over the years the choir has taught me team work, responsibility, and perseverance towards a common goal every year as we near competition time.
